Healing in NM ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Julie Murphy FNP-BC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Healing in NM mobile and web application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Login & Account Creation

Account creation is by invitation only. When you create an account, we collect only your name and email address — nothing more. We do not require a phone number, date of birth, address, or any other personal identifiers to register.

Email Privacy: Your email address is kept private. It is not shared with, sold to, or made visible to any third party for any purpose outside of essential account management and care coordination with Julie Murphy FNP-BC. You may request deletion of your account and email at any time.

No Advertising Data Collection: We do not collect, track, or share your interactions with this App for advertising purposes. There are no advertising SDKs, ad networks, or ad-tracking frameworks in this application. Your in-app activity is never used for targeted advertising — by us or any third party.

Information We Collect

Beyond your login credentials, we collect only information you actively and voluntarily provide:

• Account Information: Your name and email address only — collected at login and used solely for authentication and care coordination.
• Health & Wellness Data: Symptom logs, mood ratings, sleep data, energy levels, and other health metrics you voluntarily enter into the tracker.
• Journal Entries: Personal notes and reflections you write within the App.
• Messages: Communications sent between you and your practitioner through the in-app messaging feature.
• Usage Data: Basic, anonymized information about how the App is used (e.g., feature usage) — solely to improve app functionality. This data is never linked to your identity or used for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide personalized health and wellness guidance within the App
• Allow your practitioner (Julie Murphy FNP-BC) to review your health trends and provide care
• Generate AI-powered supplement protocols and personalized recommendations based on your logged symptoms
• Send appointment reminders and wellness notifications (if enabled)
• Improve the App's features and user experience

Health Data & HIPAA Notice

The health and wellness data you enter in this App is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This App is a wellness companion tool and is not a substitute for professional medical care. While we take significant measures to protect your health data, this App is not a HIPAA-covered electronic health records (EHR) system. Please do not enter emergency medical information into the App. For urgent health concerns, contact your healthcare provider directly or call 911.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Your Practitioner: Julie Murphy FNP-BC has access to your health logs and messages to provide care.
• Service Providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (Base44 platform) to host and operate the App. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

AI-Powered Features

This App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized supplement protocols and wellness recommendations based on your symptom data. Your data may be processed by AI language model services to generate these recommendations. All AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your practitioner before making health decisions.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the App's settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
